About Luminative Media

In ancient Greek, the word νόημα (noēma) means “thinking” or “the object of deep thought”. And that is my intention: to delve deeper into issues, at greater length and with more historical and social context, in order to illuminate pathways of thought that are not possible to pursue through the immediacy of daily media.

Luminative Media will cover—through text, through photographs, through video—a range of concerns, from art and philosophy, to digital capitalism, and geopolitics. I intend to step outside of the usual lanes and cross disciplines, social silos, political tribes and cultural boundaries.

The video team (under the moniker Luminative Media) produces documentaries and tutorials which have addressed such subjects as the Holocaust, democracy, the French publishing industry and the building of the Pantheon in Ancient Rome.

Our legal media division, Project Counsel Media, covers the areas of digital technology, media, mobile technology and intellectual property. As part of our work we write extensively about these areas through our coverage of a multitude of technology/media conferences.
